 WEDNESDAY, November 7, 2001 - Carouge, CH; "Sixties Hash"

   * HARES John Freestone ( JFr@lem.com ) and Joe "Deep Throat" Norman
   * MEET at 6.45 for 7pm sharp circle at Place de Sardaigne, Carouge
   * ON-ON at a restaurant nearby with live music
 
 DIRECTIONS
   Tram is probably the easiest.  From Cornavin station, No 13 tram passes
   through Carouge.  Get off at Place du March. Place de Sardaigne is
   about 50m from the stop behind the church.  No 12 tram follows the same
   route through Carouge but begins at Moillesulaz.
 
 By car:
   Carouge is not the easiest place to park, but there is a large parking
   underneath Place de Sardaigne, called Sardaigne surprisingly. If coming
   FRom Autoroute ring road, come off at last exit before Bardonnex, follow
   signs to Carouge Centre.   You will pass BP garage on left, TPG offices on
   right, Smart Centre on left, now follow tram lines until Place du Rondeau.
   Here turn left at lights.  After about 400m there is a turn on right
   marked P Sardaigne which will bring you to the parking under the square.
 
   FRom Geneva Centre, go past Plainpalais following signs to Carouge
   Centre. Once you get into Carouge, follow the tram lines until Place du
   MarchT, turn right and Place du Sardaigne is behind the church (this way
   is trickier).
