ANNUAL GENERAL PISS-UP, 7pm MONDAY 22 MAY 2000 COPPET STATION

Meet 7pm (and this time we mean 7pm) at Coppet station for the run

 Description du chemin:
   En venant de Genève par la Route Suisse:
   A environ 15 km de Genève, on arrive à Coppet. Juste avant d'entrer  
   dans le bourg, prendre à gauche en direction du chateau. Passer le  
   chateau, et à 500 mètres, sur la gauche, prendre à gauche dans le  
   parking juste avant de passer sous les voies de chemin de fer.

 FRom LAKE ROAD:
   Coppet is about 15 km from Geneva. At Coppet entrance, turn left (follow
   signs to Chteau) and drive 500 m. (going past chateau). Turn left into Train
   Station car park just before going under the railway bridge.

 En venant de l'autoroute:
   Sortir à Coppet. Prendre la direction Coppet, Versoix.  
   A 1,5 km, en traversant le bourg de Commugny, prendre à gauche  
   direction Coppet, Chateau de Coppet.  
   Suivre la route (1,5 km), et passer sous la voie de chemin de fer.  
   Prendre immédiatement à droite vers le parking de la gare.  

 FRom the motorway:
   Coppet exit, folow signs to Coppet. After 1.5 km in Commugny, turn left
   towards Coppet, chteau de Coppet. Follow 1.5 km and pass under railway
   bridge. Turn right into car park.

 By train:
   FRom Cornavin Geneva Train Station, take train REG 3079 at 18:20 on  
   platform 6. Arrival in Coppet 18:34.

   The next train arrives a tad late but a bit of fast footwork should  
   get you within spitting distance of the pack in a very short time.

 AND AFTER THE RUN
   Circle 8pm in Hand Job's garden, followed by the formal bit (see below) then
   on-on to the revelry,
 
  
 LGH3 is very much a team effort - did you know that in the 13 months  
 since the last AGPU we have had 42 different hares and 7 different  
 Beermisers? - so come along and keep it that way.

 Hand Job has generously offered us his splendid lakeside garden for  
 this year's AGPU, so bring your swimming gear and towel.

 Food and drink will be on the hash so come and get your money's worth.

 THE FORMAL BIT (10 mins unless somebody wants to be difficult)
   1. Brief report by outgoing GM
   2. Money: Are we covering our costs? Report by Hash Treas Tintin.  
   3. Adoption of Swiss statutes (see attached)  
   4. Acquittal (or possibly conviction) of outgoing MMC
   6. Election of new MMC and of officers (GM, On-Sex, Treasurer)  
   7. Choose a Hash auditor to keep us honest for the coming year.

 The formal procedings will be kept as short as possible, after which  
 there will be relaxed discussion of the program for the coming year.  
 Proposals so far include the following, and there is plenty of scope  
 for change:

 ¥ 3rd French Nash Hash in Reims 9-11 June, disorganized by Paris Sans Clue H3
 ¥ St Cergue Weekend Hash, 8-9 July (Alpine Climax plus Iron Lady)  
 ¥ Lac Leman "Le Frog-Chop" Bike Hash, 14-15-16 July, clockwise round the lake starting from Genthod (hare: KK), circle up at 12.00  (trailblazers and support cars needed to assist hare)
 ¥ 9th Swiss Nash Hash Grindelwald, 28-30 July  
 ¥ Burgundy Hash, 15-17 September (need volunteers to organize this)
 ¥ LGH3 400th will be 30 October.  Should we combine with Berzuba Halloween Hash 28-29 October?   
 ¥ Christmas hash Monday 25 Dec.
 ¥ New Year hash Monday 1 Jan 2001
 ¥ Ski hash (hares Tone Deaf, Iron Lady) 26-28 Jan 2001
 ¥ 4th French Nash Hash 27-29 April 2001, Riviera H3 have already reserved a splendid hilltop place near the coast.

 Meet 7pm at Tannay station for a shortish hash trail

 Circle 8pm at the station, followed by AGPU then on-on chez hand Job.

 Food and drink will be on the hash, but we could do with some volunteers to
 prepare the feast.  If you would like to help please contact Hand Job.
