The dates have now been fixed as above!

We need to know ASAP if you will be joining us on the LAKE ANNECY
Bike Hash. TA is booking 20 beds on Friday night at Hotel Dusconchet,
Col de la Croisette, Archamps.  Please let him or Wellington know if
you want a bed that night (by Fri 16/6 latest).

We also need at least two support cars for Beer, Camping gear, Beer,
etc., so anyone else who would like to volunteer pls let us (or any
MMC member) know ASAP.   Petrol costs WILL be covered by MMC.

The full programme should cost about 550 French Fr, and you pay as
you go. This includes:
Telepherique, Hotel and dinner Friday night.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, camping and beerstops Saturday.
Breakfast, Lunch & beerstops Sunday.
Allow (a little) extra for wine.

You will need:
  A bike with good brakes, (parts of route not suitable for "racing" bikes)
  Camping gear for Saturday night
  Warm/wet weather gear - we can't guarantee the weather
  Sense of humor
  Sunglasses/ sun cream
  Bike repair kits

MEETING:
You can start either Friday evening or Saturday morning as follows:

Friday:
  1730 meet behind Cornavin (Geneva) station (City Disk)
  1800 sharp - Depart for the Telepherique in Veyrier
  1845 Catch telepherique??
  1900 Cycle to hotel
  2000 Dinner at hotel & accommodation if you book early, or camp nearby
  2359 Collapse  - hopefully before seeing what it wud be like to cycle
       back to Geneva in the middle of the night while pissed!

Saturday:
  0915 meet at Telepherique
  0930 catch first telepherique
  0945 cycle to Hotel
  1030 sharp -**** depart Hotel for Annecy****

Then follows a nice downhill ride over the back of the Saleve into
Annecy for Lunch on the riverside in the old town.  Afterwards is a
scenic ride to the other end of the Lake, where we camp.  (There will
be halts/beerstops along the way - also maybe a swim in the lake at
Talloires).  We will have a circle/downdowns then dinner at
restaurant next to camping. Wild party after dinner!!

Sunday (EARLY)
A pleasant ride around the other half of the lake to Annecy for
breakfast, followed by a hilly climb along quiet country roads (with
beerstop) to "somewhere special" where we will have lunch.  Then
after a few more hills its all down hill to Croix de Rozon where will
have a final drink and everyone can make their various ways home.

It should be a great weekend!  It is NOT a race, and there will be
hopefully at least two support vehicles, and Halts/beerstops.  It is
a bit hilly for the middle part of the ride back to Geneva.  We look
forward to seeing you there.
