Directions to Pizzeria "Da Angelo".
FRom Milan: Follow "Autostrada dei Laghi A8". At Gallarate follow Genova branch
(i.e. not Varese). Exit A8 for Sesto Calende. Follow signs to Sesto Calende.
Once in Sesto C., turn left at the traffic lights immediately before the bridge
which crosses the Ticino. This road turns under the bridge & back up the East
bank of Lago Maggiore heading for Laveno. After about 13kms (my guess) i.e.
some way after Angera, take a right turn towards Barza (This turning is at a
left-hand bend , opposite a stone entrance for "Quassa" & just after the
"Condenser" factory on the right). Over the level- crossing, up to the top of
the hill & right at the T-junction. Over the sleeping policemen & through the
narrow bit after about 1 km. "Angelo's is about 100 metres further along on the
right.
