#790 was on Saturday 8 August '98 near Magnarp, Sweden. Hares were Ingrid
Larsson and Paint Stripper. Rite-up coming soon.

AWOL H3 #002 happened at Midnight on Saturday 8 Aug'98 in Magnarp. Live Hares
Sofa and Tonedeaf. Those who had the "in the drink" stop had only seaweed to
wear in the circle as the wimps stole all their hash clothes. Down-Downs
consumed one bottle each of Absolut, Cardhu and grappa. Bwana's pith helmet
"lost" (although he claimed outside MacDuff's, Milano back in July "... they
STOLE my bl**dy my hat ...") at AWOL #001 miraculously reappeared in the
circle. Now he reports he has "lost" his green Kazakistan stand-in crap-hat. A
wee "hash bird" tells me it has turned up in Stockholm (not AWOL related).
Gus's emissary (Td) is attending Stockholm H3 on Saturday to negotiate its
release in time for the Finale Ligure "Ghosts on the Coast" Hash in October.
Likewise he will be investigating the whereabouts of the little red AWOL Run
Book.
