Notes on Bibione Weekend (Update 6/4/99) :-

The Agency has confirmed that the prices for the three nights usage (29/4/99
thru' 2/5/99 i.e. arrive Thursday … depart Sunday) will be the same as last
year. 

To recap ... if you want an appartment to yourself Lit 195,000 all in price.
If you are two in an appartment Lit. 160,000 each all in price.
If you are 3+ in an appartment Lit. 150,000 each all in price.
kids (see Flier 1).

As before there will be a supplement for each night per apartment out-with
this period i.e. Lit 25,000 for a Mono, Lit 30,000 for a Bi, and Lit 35,000
for a Tri.

Hash cash will be collected after the o'limp pricks and before the BBQ Sat
evening. "No pay no eat" says Hash Cash ;-)

Regarding the programme it would seem the Lugugnana Run is on Saturday 1 May
so the Beach O'limp Pricks and relax on the beach will follow in the
afternoon with the BBQ in the evening. The Scottish B'fast will be on the
Sunday morning with the Bibione #8 hash run after.

If making a multiple booking it is important we know who is to share with
whom (give full names, Hash-name and Home Hash). Also who are children under
12 or babies. "Singlies" wishing us to fit them in wherever should indicate
their sex... not their preferences ;-) 
For key-collection make it clear when people are to arrive ... especially
important if arriving before 5pm Thursday or during some ungodly hour ;-(

Indicate if you want lunch (not included in price) after the wine tasting on

DISCLAIMER If you must cancel your booking and you tell us soon enough we
can reallocate places or hand back apartments … otherwise we are liable for
any loss to the agency.

In view of the above para, I agree that if I do not cancel this booking
before 17/4/99 I will reimburse Milan Hash (if we choose to ask you) for my
share of accommodation charges that the Agency make.

All of the above group know and agree that the Milan Hash members take no
responsibility for accidents during the hash or the weekend, or for travel
arrangements, and are not insured for any misfortunes.
