RABAT HASH HOUSE HARRIERS (RH3)
500th RUN - RABAT, MOROCCO - 20 JANUARY 1996
"Where the Heck is Rabat?" Morocco, of course! Camels and desert?
Can we drink BEER? For more of the this and the answers to other
stupid questions (and of course more substantial activities) come over
and celebrate the 500th run with us and have the experience of a
lifetime!!!!!!
The local Mismanagement Committee is trying (when not too drunk or
tired) to organize the following programme:
FRIDAY, 19 JAN 96: Moroccan party including couscous, tajine
and other typical dishes (InshA'llah!), local beauties (??), BEER and
mint tea - all night long, animated by our famous DJ and his
bellydancers (or is that a dancing belly???)
SATURDAY, 20 JAN 96: The 500th Run in the beautiful
outskirts/outpants (we're an equal opportunity bashing bunch) of
Rabat, with the normal on-downs with BEER. This all Followed by
our already famous HASH BALL (Dress Code: Running gear from the
waist down and formal attire from the waist up) with cock/hentails (like
I said, equal opportunity), buffet dinner, raffel, games (Drinking ones
of course), BEER, all in the in the five star (Honest!!) Rabat Hyatt
Regency Hotel!!!! (Yes, they let us come back, even after last
year!!!!)
SUNDAY, 21 JAN 96: The morning after run (Hare of the Dog
Run) at noon (by special demand of the by then extremely red eyed
Hash Mismangement Committee) followed by a brunch and farewell
party until..... well, just until.....
All this will only cost you about 1,000 Dirhams (which is about
US$120.00, $1.00 = 8.3 DH) which includes ALL activities, sweat-
shirt, lodging in a private house with local RH3 members (oh, gee,
lucky you???) ALL weekend long (if you can stand them that long!!!).
All you have to do is get here and we suggest you fly (take a plane)
into Casablanca and then the Train to Rabat and we'll meet you at
the train station. (FYI: Rabat is only service from Orly in Paris and
who knows if the strikes will ever end!!!!!!)
OK, Now, fill in the form and send it back before 29 December 1995.
Additional information will be sent to you upon registration, if you
really need any. The RH# is a pleasant family run with an average of
80 runners (Some do walk!!!).... Socializing is more important that the
pre-on-down activities (i.e. the actual nasty running!!!)
