A WEEKEND EXPLORING BOURGOGNE, BURGUNDY
Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 -August-1996
A weekend to mark on your calendar. Our hares have planned a well
balanced compromise to cater for the fit, the unfit and the social
mis-fits. Weather is at the discretion of the R.A. Don't forget your
passport for border crossings! For newcomers to hashing this is an
excellent chance to become acquainted with our slogan RUN FOR FUN.
There will be a bike hash on Saturday and a run on Sunday. And in
between chateaux to visit and local wine and food to taste.

DIRECTIONS to starting point
FRom Geneva take the A40 direction Paris-Lyon and turn north on the A6.
Major cities to be passed include Bourg-en-Bresse and Macon. Exit at
Chalon-sur-Saone nord. Turn right and follow the signs for Chatenoy-le-Royal
(Autun). Pass through this town and continue on the D978 until it meets D981
at Rond Point de la Cote Chalonnaise. Take direction Givry off this
roundabout and turn immediately right to Vallee des Vaux (D48). When the
road forks take the right (D124) and at the next junction bear left into St.
Jean-de-Vaux.
