Price includes: Self catering accommodation  for  4  nights (no reduction for
less nights), Beer, Saturday breakfast served by topless RMBH3 Committee
members, More beer, High quality RMBH3 50th year anniversary T-shirt, Wine, Fun
Run registration fees (2 runs including freebie momentos), Beer and wine, Hash
run fees, Beer, Picnic \ Barbecue ON ON, More beer and wine.

Price does not include:  Transport to Bibione or Butrio, Meals other than On On
Barbecue and Sat. breakfast (but we will arrange low cost venues in local
trattorias for  those who need non alcoholic sustenance).

Self Catering apartments are fully equipped and spacious but do not have bed
linen. There are three types of apartment, Mono : single room, sleeps 1\2
persons, Bi. two room, sleeps 3\4, Tri. three rooms, sleeps 5\6. All flats also
have their own bathroom and balcony. There are shops open to purchase supplies

Registration: preferably by E-Mail to Rob Walker or else  Fax 0039 2 6783308.
Please state the number in party, estimated arrival date and time and the type
of flat required.

Payment :on arrival. All registrations not cancelled by April 11 will have to
be paid for. Please note well, it is the  responsibility of the person booking
to make cancellations or changes to the number in his party.

Detailed directions and arrival notes: will be issued on or about April 21st
using the same media you used for registration. Registrations will not be
individually acknowledged before then so you are responsible for checking that
your  fax \ E-Mail was delivered.

Dear Hasher

Just a reminder that Bwana will be consolidating Bibione bookings on 14 April
'97. That doesn't mean you cannot try and book after then but there will be no
guarantee of your getting accommodation with the rest of the Hash. (Mind you
that might not be so bad!) If you need a re-send of details please reply to
me.  If you have still to book do it to Bwana robert_walker@it.coopers.com.
If you have not e-mailed or FAXed Bwana then the chances of him remembering a
phone call are slim and an attempt to booking during a hash on-on are
absolutely f'n zilch. If you have already booked or have said you cannot come,
then sorry for disturbing your stone.
