Subject: CANCELLATION - Three Frontiers


Dear Hasher / Harriette & On-Secs,


Unfortunately this year's Three Frontiers event will not be taking place,
as we are unable to find a venue in time! We had originally booked last
year's venue one year ago, however they have since decided that we were not
welcome back (what's new!), but did not bother to inform me. Since most of
the regular Three Frontiers committee were also involved in organizing
EuroHash 97, we have not had the time or resources to locate a replacement
venue.

Depending upon demand, we will possibly host a Three Frontiers event in
March-April 1998, and certainly on the usual weekend in September 1998. We
have pre-selected two venues in Luxembourg which are (a) in the middle of
nowhere, and (b) allow us to run our own bar, so things are looking up!
