Fabio is about to sent me the bumpf for 24-26 Oct'97. We are split between
Rosita's and the hotel at the foot of the hill with carpark (not the Noris) as
per last year. When they are full (~60) we look elsewhere also. Those who have
pre-booked please state your hotel preference if you haven't done so.  I'll
send a list of those booked with the flyer and give you a days grace to correct
before any other bookings take effect. The Friday and Sunday runs start at the
beach car park as do the beach o'limp pricks. Saturday's run and the on-on and
on-inn are at Rosita's at the top of the hill 4 clicks away. I was in the hotel
at the foot of the hill and found it the best logistically.

Re clicking on Eurohash : for "guy" read Gus in Royal Stewart tartan kilt and
"gun" read Japanese air pistol with dart.

However as Gus McKey and Anna-Maria are now 2nd comers any ghostly apparel
(or lack of) will do. get your Halloween kit looked out.

The Royal MANIE & Bordighera H3 presents Ghost on the Coast Hash '97.

Where and When : 
  Finale Ligure, Italian Riviera 24-26 October '97.

Accommodation: 
  Ristorante Albergo Rosita, Via Manie 67, Finale Ligure 17024,
  Tel 019-600719, and Albergo Arianna, Via Manie, Finale Ligure 17024, Tel
  019-600785.

Directions : 
  Autostrada A10 Genova-Ventimiglia, exit at Spotorno. After Noli, Varigotti
  and the port/marina of Finale Ligure and two tunnels turn 1st right (dayglo
  coloured HHH signs will appear from this point) and after the small beach
  car-park sharp right again for Manie. Within a couple of hundred metres, on a
  tight left hand bend, you come to the open gates for Hotel Arianna on the
  right, parking inside. For the Rosita continue 2,5 Km up the hill, parking on
  the right opposite or 50 metres further on turn sharp left up to small car
  park. Bwana's cellular phone is 0348 410 4188 in case of problems.

Programme : 
  There isn't any ;-) Be there and we'll see what to do. Times might vary
  slightly. Notice board at reception. Just be sure not to miss :

-Fri 24 Oct'97
  Registration : At Hotel Arianna, late afternoon until 19:15. Thereafter at
        	 Hotel Rosita from 9:30pm.
  19:30: #748 from beach car-park at foot of hill. Back to Rosita's. Food
              available until 22:00.

-Sat 25 Oct'97
  06:00: Boat trip to Kuala Lumpur, hoping to be there for InterHash'98.  This
         is only provisional as the boat for IH'96 Cyprus hasn't arrived yet.
  11.00: Beach O-limp-pricks (featuring 50 metre blind-drunk hash-dash and
         chucking the welly).
  Lunch: don't eat too much, remember Rosita's dinner!
  14:55: #749 from Rosita's.
  19:30: Pre-dinner drinkies and guess whom your neighbour thinks he / she is
         dressed up as.
  20:00: Gus & Anna Maria McKey "Toast to the Scottish and Italian Ghosts"
         Memorial Dinner wi' "real" Water o' Life quaich doon-doons an' efter
         wi' a drunken Ceilidh 'til ye drap on the flair. Hash acts, singing
         ... as per The RM&BH3 Concept. "Dress" is - informal / formal / in
         scene / obscene / not seen (ie noddy) lassies only presumably, as
         Rosita's waiters only objected to our Paint (Job) Stripper last year /
         traditional / GHOSTLY / tartan.  "Lang may yer lum reek. Ye ken whit
         wur oan aboot Hen / Jeemy?".

-Sun 26 Oct'97
  10:59: #750 Hare o' the Wally Dug live run from the beach car park, followed
         by swim / paddle then back to Rosita's for lunch.

Prices : 
  ITL40,000[CHF31]/ITL30,000[CHF23]each per night depending on the
  accommodation. Run fees ITL10,000[CHF7]per run, (MORE THAN USUAL; BUT IT
  INCLUDES UNLIMITED BEER ALL WEEKEND!!). Sat night dinner ITL45,000[CHF35]wine
  included. You can have any other lunch / dinner at Rosita for ITL25,000[CHF19](pay direct to her).  (Hash-kids UNDER 12 - HALF PRICE).

Booking : 
  We trust you so are not asking for a deposit. Just pay on arrival.. However
  if you fail to turn up and didn't cancel in good time (by FRIDAY 17TH OCTOBER)
  we will ask you to reimburse any hotel rooms / Sat night dinner we booked
  for you and were made to pay. (We have some good friends in the Sicilian hash
  who handle collection procedures.)

Tell us : 
  your names + hashnames + home hash / hotel: room requirements; which nights /
  approx time of arrival / and that you want Sat Dinner. If a block booking
  we'll assume the person who books will keep you in touch re updates (provided
  you Cc: Tonedeaf with your booking).
