meeting 5 pm Ristorante Castagna, Valbrembo near Bergamo.
FRom Milan take the A4 autostrada direction Bergamo and exit at Dalmine.
After the toll you are on the Strada Provinciale Villa d'Alme-Dalmine road.
Stay on this for 8 kms (until you see a GS supermarket and Bowling alley on
your left). After the traffic lights you see a sign "Valbrembo" and 500
metres further on, turn right into Via Padre Murialdo (the restaurant is
sign-posted). At the T-juntion turn left, go 150 metres, turn right and go
300 metres to the restaurant. If you want to eat afterwards, please book as
soon as possible. Run Fee lit 5,000.
Dinner: 30,000 Lire includes:
Aperitivo
2 primi (including the world famous Castagna Casoncelli alla Bergamasca)
2 secondi (probably roast beef and scallopine)
Wine and Water
Coffee
Vegetarian plates upon request
Small kids small price (to be negotiated) The restaurant is expecting
around 20 hungry hashers. If people don't book before Friday July 24th and
show up anyway, they will be forced to eat Paint Stripper's old, but only
slightly used (and slightly vegetarian) underwears.
