THE DETAILS
Tuscany - home of great artists, musicians, naked men, lots of walled
cities and some vineyards. RMBH3 have decided to trash Tuscany in July.
Our base is to be Hotel Clarina in Alto Pascio. This is about 15 km from
Lucca (one of the walled cities) and about 15km from Pisa (the land of
leaning towers). Florence (land of artists and a famous Piazza which
contains a large number of naked men) is about a 1 hour drive. To the
north are the Alpi Apuane.

THE PROGRAM
FRIDAY
-------------------------------------------------
Day trip to Lucca departs at 10.30.
Park and meet in Piazza at 11.00. Map and silly quiz will be provided. See
the Duomo di San Martino, Piazza Napoleone, Renaissance walls, gardens.
Taste the Olive Oil.
Meet for lunch at 13.00. Go in convoy to Trattoria da Leo. Tuscan lunch
(primos, secondos,etc.) booked for Lire 25,000 per head.
Meet 19.30 for RMBH3 Friday light Hash from the Hotel
Dinner at the hotel at 21.00
SATURDAY

Breakfast at the Hotel
Morning is free. Pisa is only 15km away. The beach is only 10km away.
Florence is a bit further - about 60km.
Meet at 14.00 for the RMBH3 Saturday Hash in the Alpi Apuane. Transport
to run site (Hash Convoy)
15.00 - start of the run
18.00 - circle
20.00 - dinner at the hotel
Dinner + Party - OPERATIC/ARTISTIC DRESS UP THEME
SUNDAY

10.30 - meet for the Hare of the Dog Run (from Montecatini Terme)
12.00 - circle
13.00 - lunch (optional) in restaurant Montecatini Terme
After - departures

COSTS
The weekend will be on a "Pay as you go basis". This means you pay your
own hotel bill and pay Hash Cash for your meals (dinner at the hotel on
Friday and Saturday).
A rough estimate of the weekend costs are:
Hotel (Fri & Sat Nights + 2 breakfasts) Lire 120,000
Dinner (Friday night) Lire 25,000
Dinner (Saturday night) Lire 30,000
Run fees (beers, beer wagon, snacks) Lire 25,000
TOTAL Lire 200,000
Note for those who want lunch Friday - not included in the above.
What ever else you want to spend is up to you
