Ghost On On the Coast
Registrations are going well, we are now over 70, and we still expect to reach
our limit of 100 before the start. If you haven't booked yet, or if you think
you have booked but you haven't sent in the registration form yet, SEND IT now
please. (ATTACHED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS FLYER) Even if your name is on the list
below, some of you have only booked verbally, and you'll be the first to lose
your places if its over subscribed.
Here is a final flyer, summarising all the info sent out to date:

RMBH3 presents the 9th Second Cumming of Gus McKey
at the 9th Ghost on the Coast Hash 22nd- 24th October 1999 (if 9 is your
number, this hash is for you!!) Fabulous has pulled off his annual magic and
persuaded Rosita to come out of retirement once again to be our hostess at
Finale Ligure for the RMBH3 annual GOTCH

Price
Complete weekend ITL220,000[CHF174]per person
Price includes run fees and unlimited beer and wine for the whole weekend,
Friday and Saturday night accommodation at Rosita's or Ariana hotels in
double/twin room with bath (), Cocktails, Grand Dinner at Rosita's on
Saturday, high quality hash T Shirt. ( discount on sharing twin/triple, no
bath, Lit 20,000 per person)
NB Price does not include Friday dinner or lunches. If you want to eat at
Rosita's book on your registration form. Cost is Lit 30,000 per meal
As usual no advance payment is required but if you book and don't cancel in
reasonable time we may ask you to cough up for any costs the hash has to pay
for you. There are discounts for small children and for hashers staying one
night only if this is notified to Hash Cash in advance, by filling in details
on your registration form.

REGISTRATION:
At the carpark near the beach, just after you turn right of the coast road
(see below) on FRIDAY until about 9.00 pm(after the circle). Thereafter
registration will move up the hill to the Arianna Hotel where we will be
eating and partying till the wee small hours. A list of hotel rooms will be
avaiable at registration and then will be left at hotel Arianna reception so
hashers arriving very late or on Saturday can check the list to see which
hotel they are in.
DIRECTIONS:
Autostrada A10 Genova-Ventimiglia, exit at Spotorno. After Noli, Varigotti
and the port/marina of Finale Ligure and two tunnel turn 1st right (dayglo
coloured HHH signs will appear from this point and you will see the
registration tent on your right. Registration is at the small beach car-park
on Friday evening, and this is where the Friday run starts. To get to the
hotels from the carpark turn sharp right again up the hill for Manie. Within
a couple of hundred metres, on a tight left hand bend, you come to the open
gates for Hotel Arianna on the right, parking inside.
For the Hotel Rosita continue 2,5 Km up the hill, parking on the right
opposite or 50 metres further on turn sharp left up to small car park.

HASH THEME..............HASH THEME
Mis - Man laboured for many beers to come up with an original theme for this
year's GotCH. Apart from the Ghost of Gus, who certainly a regular attendee,
the theme for this year is CUM AS YOU AREN'T
This means that for the Cocktails on Saturday and for the party later you
MUST dress as the hash name of another hasher who is Cumming. All other dress
will be considered improper, and improper dress will be removed at the door.
Prizes for most original gear. To get you started, here is a list of the
hashers booked so far. There will be more, so other names will be circulated
nearer the date, or you may know some who are not on the list below.

I and all of the above group are aware that Hashing can be dangerous we/I
agree that the Royal Milan & Bordighera Hash, its committee and the organisers
are not insured and are not liable for any accident or misfortune that may
happen to me/us due to taking part in this weekend.
I also agree that I will pay for our hotel accommodation and any other costs
that the hash has had to incur if I/we don't cancel in writing at least one
week before.
